LRO Ships Out from Goddard Space Flight Center
On February 11, 2009, after months of assembly and testing by engineers at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft was cased up and loaded on a truck bound for Kennedy Space Center to be prepared for launch.
