This video is a live program that aired during the crucial thruster burns which put the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter officially into lunar orbit. Engineers at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., confirmed the spacecraft's lunar orbit insertion at 6:27 a.m. EDT on June 23, 2009.
