Evolution of a Wildfire Animation
Evolution of a wildfire
Before wildfires grow large enough to burn whole forests or communities, they start with a spark. As they grow, they reach several breaking points, where the fire will either grow larger or shrink and die down. This animation demonstrates points where the fire could grow or shrink and shows a fire that continues to grow until it becomes a large wildfire.
