Terri: SISTER stands for Summer Institute of Science, Technology, Engineering and Research. And the program is a program for middle school girls and it a one-week camp, and what we try to do is have the little girls do everything with women. So we work with women engineers, scientists, resource analysts, just women
....very interesting. So did you learn something from your neighbor, at your table? Did you learn something about that person?

Terri: This year it was very competitive. We had over a hundred applicants for this program, and so this year we had the most girls ever. We had thirty-one girls. Our goal is to try to get more girls interested in the enginieering and science fields.
