James Webb Space Telescope: Mirror Reveal and Reflection on Progress
Chris Scolese, John Mather, and Charlie Bolden reflect on the progress of the James Webb Space Telescope.
On November 2, 2016, media were invited to join NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, Christopher Scolese, Director of the Goddard Space Flight Center, and Dr. John Mather, Senior Project Scientist, for an update on NASA’s next great observatory, the James Webb Space Telescope. After the discussion, they had the rare opportunity to see the telescope’s golden mirrors and interview Webb scientists and engineers.
