ARGO Buoy Animations
The ARGO buoy: it works in conjunction with many others of its kind (in an array) to collect data about ocean currents.
This animation shows the ARGO probe on the ocean surface as it relays information. It then decends below the surface to collect additional data.
An abstract showing ARGO buoy in wireframe, giving its relative size and then showing it on station in the ocean.
