Iturralde Crater, 1999 Data, with Enhanced Contrast and Labels
Investigators from Goddard Space Flight Center went to Bolivia to collect data concerning whether or not Iturralde is an impact crater.
This movie shows Iturraldes context, in Northern Bolivia of South America.
The Iturralde Crater with its inner and outer circular rims marked and with enhanced contrast. The rim is five miles in diameter. Also marked in the image is the airstrip, the Rio Manupare, and the base camp in Palmasola.
