Aurora Australis as seen from ISS

The photographs used to make this video were taken on August 17, 2022 from 19:13:45 to 19:33:41 GMT from the International Space Station (ISS). This image sequence begins over the the Southern Ocean halfway between Africa and Antarctica. Green and Red Aurora Australis is visible throughout the time series. Towards the end, Australia comes into view and the yellow night lights of Perth and smaller cities are visible.
